People explore individual therapy for many reasons. You may be spinning with worry, self-doubt, or a quiet kind of sadness that never fully goes away. Perhaps you feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change, overwhelmed by emotions that seem to arrive out of nowhere, or exhausted from carrying responsibilities while appearing fine on the outside. Maybe relationships feel difficult, boundaries feel impossible to maintain, or you've lost touch with the person you want to be. Whether you’re carrying pain from the past, navigating anxiety or depression, grieving a loss, struggling with intrusive thoughts, or facing a major life transition—it makes sense that things feel hard.
You might not know exactly what you need, but you know you want relief, clarity, and to feel more like yourself again. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I integrate evidence-based techniques to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationships are connected—and how to work with them, rather than against them. Together, we will identify patterns that no longer serve you, build on your existing strengths, and create meaningful movement toward the life you want to live.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting; just a willingness to show up and be curious about what’s possible. I offer a safe, supportive space where we explore what’s going on, untangle longstanding patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop practical skills to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and confident in your capacity to thrive. Healing happens through connection, and that is where we begin.
